  EU-ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package – Higher Education Programme (SCOPE-HE). This initiative is funded by the European Union, implemented by Nuffic, the Netherlands’ organisation for internationalisation in education, in partnership with the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service), builds upon the successes of previous programmes like SHARE and ERASMUS+.
  
  Through its collaborative approach, SCOPE-HE hopes to achieve:
  
  1. Increased student and academic mobility within ASEAN and between ASEAN and the EU.
  2. Stronger university networks fostering research and technological connectivity to tackle global challenges.
  3. A robust ASEAN network of vocational education institutions and businesses focusing on green transition, digital transformation, and the blue economy.
